  • Condition: The dish is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or discoloration. There is some beautiful extremely light crazing in the glaze showing the age. There is an area on the edge of the rim measuring 1/2" in length where the gold trim has worn off (it is located exactly where a right handed person's thumb would go when holding the dish to feed a child!!).

    Description

    ANTIQUE CHILD'S PLATE MADE FOR INTERNATIONAL SILVER COMPANY BY THE SALEM CHINA COMPANY . GOLD TRIM LETTERING AND AROUND THE RIM. THE DISH MEASURES 9" IN DIAMETER INCLUDING THE HANDLES AND STANDS 1 1/4" TALL.
    THE DISH IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NO CHIPS, CRACKS OR DISCOLORATION. THERE IS SOME BEAUTIFUL EXTREMELY LIGHT CRAZING IN THE GLAZE SHOWING THE AGE.  THERE IS AN AREA ON THE EDGE OF THE RIM MEASURING 1/2" IN LENGTH WHERE THE GOLD TRIM HAS WORN OFF ( IT IS LOCATED EXACTLY WHERE A RIGHT HANDED PERSON'S THUMB WOULD GO WHEN HOLDING THE DISH TO FEED A CHILD!)
