the pair
i just love the bunnykins series (introduced to it in downsizing mom's stuff. they are just adorable.) a nice touch is that the pair doesn't have identical scenes: they are related through the theme of playing cowboys but not identical. the bowl features some boys on a boy-built raft with a bird cptain and a little mouse doing a jig. the cup has 2 different scenes: a bunny walking with a butterly net and a dragon fly. the other side has the kids at a fishing hole or tin pond where one of them ia also doing a jig and, as a result, loses what i assume was a frog he had caught. the cup is single-handled. it is slightly flaired at the rim that has a diameter of 3 1/2". the cup is 4 1/2" from outside handle to outside of the opposite side. it is 3" tall. the bowl is hefty and strong. it has a wide rim (great for kids). the outside diameter is 6 1/2". the inside diameter is 5". the bowl is 1 3/4" from the rim down to the surface on which the bowl rests. these have only ever been displayed: never used for eating. according to potteryhistories.com/doulton%20backstamps.html, the base mark on the bowl puts it at 1930–1993. the base has the following information

these have only ever been displayed: never used for eating. i can find no issues.
