Antique German Porcelain ~ Matching Cream & Sugar Set
Girls with Baby Carriage and Dolls
This is a matching open sugar and cream set. The creamer is 3-1/4" tall, 3-1/2" from the tip of the spout to the edge of the handle, and 2-1/2" across the top opening. The creamer is 2-1/2" tall and the top opening has a 4" diameter.
Each piece is decorated with the image of two girls with dolls. One girl is pushing a baby carriage holding her doll and the other girl is carrying her doll. The girls are in period dress.
Both pieces are embellished with raised scroll work and trimmed in gold.
The bottoms are stampled "Germany 50". The creamer is incised "34 350/00". The sugar is incised "34 350/6".
CONDITION: This is a matching set and it has been used. Both pieces are free of cracks and repairs. The sugar has a tiny chip on the top edge (please see my images for details). The gold trim is worn.
