Description

This modernist minimalistic spider brooch is a vintage piece from the late 1980s. The genuine Amber Cabochons are cleverly incorporated into the
design, giving the spider body a realistic feel.
Stone: Genuine Baltic Amber 2 round Cabochons, the bigger one is about 3/8inches in diameter.
The Amber contains various inclusions of leaves or plant matter.
Metal: Silver tested positive for 90-100% Silver.
Brooch fixture: Pin closes with hinged security clasp, see pictures
Hallmarked: None- maybe just not visible to me
stamped: No stamp
weight: 4.5 grams total weight
dimensions: about 1 1/4 inch long, about 1 3/8 inch wide, about 1/2 inch high
condition: excellent vintage condition, never worn or used, kept in storage
away from natural light, in temperature controlled environment.
The very light patina is intended by the artist,but easy to remove-
if so desired - with a silver polishing cloth.
