A very nice sterling silver brooch/pin with marcasite stone and a round pearl set into the flower. The piece is very clean, has an oxidized finish and very nice luster and sparkle. It measures 1 3/4 by 1 3/4 of an inch and weighs an impressive 16.5 grams. The piece is marked NF and 925 on the back. It is in great working condition. The clasp opens and closes easily and stay shut snugly. It is ready for a new home. The pearl is either cultured or plastic. Hard to tell on this one.
If you see a gold tone and the piece is titled sterling silver and described as silver with no mention of gold finish or tone, then the gold tone in the pictures is just the light reflecting on the silver and the piece is silver in color.
